Wave spring

Wave springs generate force through the elastic bending of their crests and troughs under compression. This mechanism enables more direct force transmission with purely axial output, effectively eliminating the torsional issues that can occur in helical springs during compression. Whether subjected to gradual or sudden loading, wave springs deliver precise spring force within their design range, ensuring the predetermined working pressure is achieved. Within their elastic deformation range, they exhibit a linear relationship between load and deflection, providing a stable and accurate spring rate.
